Return & Exchange Policy

At Paradise Zone, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of size issues or defective items.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Return / Exchange Process

  • After approval, customers must self-return the product using any courier service of their choice.

  • Paradise Zone does not offer home pickup or return courier service.

  • Returned items must be sent to:

Delivery Charges

  • Original delivery charges will be deducted in case of a return.

  • For exchanges, delivery charges will be charged again for reshipping.

  • Courier charges for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

  • In case of a verified defective or incorrect item, delivery charges may be adjusted at our discretion.

Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.

  • Once approved, customers will receive an exchange or store credit.

  • No cash refunds are offered under any circumstances.

Policy Rights

  • Paradise Zone reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
