Shipping policy

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization. We provide free delivery for orders above PKR 3000. We endeavor to deliver orders within 7 working days subject to the provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However, unprecedented events might delay or render deliveries. Furthermore, shipping is only carried on business working days i.e., Mon-Fri.

In case of COD (cash on delivery), delivery shall only be made against cash payment in full. A signature will be required upon delivery of goods to you.

If no person is present at the delivery address provided by you during normal working hours, goods will be returned to us by the courier after a re-attempt.

Refund policy

We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, if the garments meet the following conditions: unused, packed in their original packaging with all tags attached, undamaged, and unaltered in any way, you are required to return the products to our address at Paradise Zone, M16, Rex Center.

Once we receive the products, we will conduct a quality audit. If the products pass our quality audit then we will send a pre-paid exchange of the product(s) chosen either via store credit or request via Instagram DMs.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange the delivered goods within 15 days of delivery on presentation of the original slip, provided the goods are unused, packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and are in undamaged condition and not altered in any way. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or message from the courier company with a tracking number against your order.

Bandana reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined payment, or inaccurate pricing.
