At Paradise Zone, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of size issues or defective items.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Return / Exchange Process

After approval, customers must self-return the product using any courier service of their choice.

Paradise Zone does not offer home pickup or return courier service.

Returned items must be sent to:
Shop No. 3, Euro Grand, Nazimabad Block 1, Karachi
Delivery Charges

Original delivery charges will be deducted in case of a return.

For exchanges, delivery charges will be charged again for reshipping.

Courier charges for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

In case of a verified defective or incorrect item, delivery charges may be adjusted at our discretion.
Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.

Once approved, customers will receive an exchange or store credit.

No cash refunds are offered under any circumstances.
